The Journey
Kyle Reed is a young man struggling to cope with the recent changes made in
his life. He thought he had the world in the family he’d created with his
wife Angel. He thought that nothing could come between
the bond that they shared, yet she sent him through trials that were too
heavy for the heart to bear.
As a columnist, Kyle has an outlet to vent his frustrations about the world
that’s changing around him. More importantly, the world that has changed in
his home. When Kyle tries to move forward with his life and settle on
single-parent life, he takes a journey of self-discovery. That path leads
him to reflect on the past eight months that have led him to this point
today. Drama follows Kyle at every turn.
If hell hath no fury like a woman scorned, then what does that say of a man
scorned?
Every day young men and women are confronted with challenges and choices
that can make or break their future. As these choices are made, it is
important for them to be able to interact with someone who has been there
and done that and who has similar goals and objectives. "Reflections:
The Chronicles of a Man Scorned" gives
an account of what can happen in a young person's life when decisions are
made hastily.
My Goal
When I began writing "Reflections:
The Chronicles of a Man Scorned" ,
my goal was to find a way to express myself so that I could review my
actions and reduce the pain of an unfortunate breakup. Since that
time, I feel I can provide insight for other teenagers/young adults who are
struggling with their relationships. Learn from me.
My Profile
I am: 25 years old; devoting my energy to making a difference in the lives
of young adults and the community; and recently divorced with a three year
old daughter.
